Default Grill Delete Question.

Alright, I've seen multiple places show the grill delete with either 2 or 3 pieces.
There is the base that goes on the bumper, the new standalone horse... but what is with that
piece that has the vertical bar in the center (that it appears you affix the horse to) Is it neccessary? Is there any difference between the Mach 1 version and the Cobra Grill Delete or are they the same?
Thanks,
FS

Mine was a 3 piece kit - I heard of their being 2 piece kits but I was advised against it. I ordered mine from Steeda, they were the cheapest and it was a 3 piece kit.

You dont need the 3 piece kit but... its just extra work to get the one you have now to work. I would say get the 3 piece kit from steeda. Thats what I did.

Why does everyone go with the delete kit and not a billet grill. I personally like the look of a billet grill. Oh well whatever. Yea I would order from steeda.com they are a good site with alot of cool stuff.

I originally got the 2 piece kit and had to go and buy the third peice from Ford and ended up spending more money than if I had just bought the 3 piece in the beginning. The third piece is a piece of plastic that covers up the bare metal behind the grill and gives it a much cleaner look. I definitely say go with the 3 piece
