Default Painting Brake Calipers

I have an 03' stang, and I want to paint my brake calipers. I just got some new polished 17' torue thrust II wheels and the calipers really show. My car is silver so Im thinkin to either paint the calipers silver to match the car or black.. has anyone done this before?, or have any suggestions on what would look nice? I dont want anything TOO FLASHY just somethin to look nice. Any suggestions would be great thanks.

Oh yeah and here is a pic of the wheels I have. These are my friend Victors wheels. He has red calipers to match his car and I want to do something similar. These are the same exact wheels I have. thanks

I did it, I got some brake caliper paint from autozone and some semigloss black metal paint from there too, I disassembled (not the hoses though) and cleaned everything off with brake cleaner and painted the brackets black and the calipers blue. Looks nice

Actually with silver I would say to go with red or blue. Black is allright but not showy and silver will look stock and get dirty. Good luck.

Yeah Im thinkin of either silver or red. I would do blue but nothing else on my car is blue. Its still gonna be a little while before I do them cuz I need my car now that I have 2 jobs and go to skool. I didn't post my car yet cuz I dont have a digital camera and I seriously dont have time to take any. But yeah thats what the wheels look like, thanks for the suggestions.

I just got done painting them. I did them silver and I was thinking that it wouldnt make much difference but it really did. The paint turned out to be the same exact color as my car and it looks so sweet. Ill post pics as soon as I can.
