ok, so im new to all this but i wanted opinions on something. was wondering how a certain color would look on the car so i did a (bad) photochop of some cars (not my car, but same color.. this ones a GT but mine is a v6 ---- i found the picks on the net.)

anyway im partial to orange (blue and orange are my favorite colors) so i wanted to know what a metalic orange would look like on a stang.

i have before and after pics. opinions?

oh, also (sorry to post so many times) in reality it would probably be slightly less 'reflective' (this pic makes it look like orange chrome) and maybe a little deeper of a color

Well, I don't like the orange with the white top-- that looks weird. A black top would look better in my opinion.

The orange stripes and blue is different... but it's not really my preference. I say do the stripes, it's cheaper.

 

Yeah my thought too, the conv top needs to be changed if your paint to orange. I like the flames off the headlight though

 

well, like i said, thats not "my" car - mine is also that color blue, but i do have a black top.
and thanks about the flames on the headlight - i was just a little bored so i painted them on in photoshp for the hell of it.

i could change the top to black in the pic but im not in the mood .. maybe later

 

i love the orange. I used to have a 01 performance red stang. If I parked under a metal halide light (big parking lot lights) at night it looked orange. I wish my stang was that color... guess i could always repaint it??

 

Personally I think orange and dark blue are awesome looking on a mustang. Mine is metallic blue with orange writing which is reflective at night.As soon as I can get the money together I'll be buying a ram air hood and I'll be painting the ram air ports bright orange. You'll be seeing alot of heads turning if you go with that combination. Here's a couple pics of mine. I hope it helps in your decision
