I just picked up a bottle of Maguires plastic treatment (probably the wrong name but oh well). Hit my typical crappy looking Ford headlights with my buffing wheel and they look about 75% better. Give it a try guys, better than 2 bills for a new set. Let me know how it works for you.

Decided to go for 100% and wet sanded them then used plastix on them with the buffer. about 90% now. I think that is about the best I can do

 

Someone on here used a three step system for their headlights, and said it got them back to brand new quality. It involved some sanding and serious buffing, but he said it worked really well. I can't remember what the name of the product was, but I'm sure if you run a search you'll be able to find what I'm talking about.
But anyway, good info on the Meguiars product.

 

Maybe I should get out some sand paper and shoot for 100%
