I know this has been brought up before, but I don't know what to do.

I have a White 2001 V6. I like the look of the racing stripes, but I don't know if adding them to a 232 will look tacky. Also, if I were to add them: what size and color?

Black would look good. I'm probably going with silver myself because I'm trying to keep it somewhat subtle. Post some pics when you finish it.

 

I don't think it would look tacky at all.

I'm getting silver 9" stripes sometime soon for mine, and eventually bumper inserts in silver, a mach 1 grill delete and a chin spoiler... and I have an 00 v6. Everyone in the free world here is buying a black stang, and I'm so annoyed. There was probably 90% less black ones when I first got mine... I want to stand out... so I'm doing a few appearance mods on my baby.

 

try a color that no one else would have....make it unique

 

ya get the wide stripes like what Red 5 posted....those are sweet...and either Black or Blue
