Default water spots on back window...

What is the best way to remove spots from the back window?
Even after a fresh car wash and using glass cleaner, when a car is behind me at night and can
still see water spots illuminated from their headlights.

I use windex and a microfiber and it gets rid of them... Some people use Stoners invisible glass cleaner along with some newspaper!

Are the spots etched from hard water or is it just residue from the last wash that you didn't clean off? If it's the former, try using vinegar. If it's the later, change glass cleaners. Use Stoner's Invisible Glass or Eagle One 20/20 with a dedicated microfiber towel.

For real hard water spots I use a razor blade on the glass.works good and it don't hurt the glass plus it gets off any other crap on the window.

Douche the window with a 50/50 mix of distilled white vinegar and water. That should work.

I use Stoners with micro-fiber cloth and that works very well.

the most inexpensive way to clean windows to perfection is filtered water and newspaper(without color). try it, the black and white newspaper takes dirt off and leaves absolutely no residue whatsoever.
