i bought my car with a saleen wing and in some areas the wing sits off the deck lid about 1/8". water leaks into the trunk from the bolts. how can i seal this up?
somebody told me to use silicone around the outside. i do not want to do that, i want to seal it from the inside somehow. thanks for your help

Default RE: wing leaking

Take the wing off... put some silicone around the holes and the bolts and put it back on and put some on in the inside the trunk where the holes are. That should seal them right up. NEVER put silicon in a place thats viewable by the public. Thats just too redneck! LOL
