I want to replace my headlights and foglights. Mydilemma is this, should I get the smoked headlights w/clear corners or the chrome headlights w/clear corners? As for the foglights go should I match them with the headlights, i.e. smoked headlights w/smoked foglights? This will be going on a '00 white GT.

whichever way you go I suggest be consistent: half and half would look goofy IMO.
personally I like clear all the way... I would go clear on a white car
ultimately you have to decide on something that is personal preference.

can you "mock-up" before buying? put something smoke colored on your old lights to get a feel for it.
