Default headlights

mine came with the avaliable factory tinting which is now starting to peel a tiny bit on the sides...not worried because its barely noticeable at all...its just the tiny rock chips and scratches and stuff in the front that annoy me..how can i get them out without damaging the tint? its not super bad like most 00 and 99s are...actually they look just fine, but its annoying me a little bit...im thinking an abrassive polish on a microfiber applicator pad will take care of a little bit of it but i dont know if it was mess up the tint/clear
also can i wax them?

thanks
