I use ProChem products. For grease, tar, and oil stains I use the ProChem Solvent. For carpets and matts I pretreat with the ProChem Ultrapack Traffic cleaner. I use the All Fiber Rinse in my solution tank to extract with. This gets all of the chemicals out of the carpet and even pulls more dirt out, this also leaves the carpets really soft. With carpets and seats that aren't too bad the Rinse is all that is needed. ProChems Red Out is a great product to get red stains out. I spray this on the stain, put a white terry cloth over the area and then use my steamer to activate the chemical. I've got many red stains out with this, red is the hardest stain to get out.I get my ProChem products from www.jondon.com

I do use a commercial carpet extractor and steamer. They make a huge difference. I did start out with the Little Green Machine as my first extractor, like I mentioned above, you can get really good results with it.
