how much are you gonna lower it? and when you lower it does it make the car slower?

 

I'm gonna lower it probably 1.5". and I don't see how it would make it slower. Just hold the road a little better. Don't know for sure though. Haven't done it.

 

here is an idea, lose the chrome. polished looks good and weighs less. . less unsprung weight, better performance

 

Yea, I agree. If I was to buy them again, I'd just get the polished ones. I like the chrome, but they're just a little too Bling Bling for me.

 

I still say the FR500's in black with a polished lip!

well i got the stock 17x9's silver and i wouldn't mind selling them cuz i want the 18x9 chrome cobra 04 replicas and the tires to go with them, the back ones are brand new getting put on today actually, cuz when i bought my cobra their was a nail in the rear tire and they didn't take it out and they said they would so i didn't even think to check it when i drove off the lot. so to make a long story short they messed up and they're putting 2 brand new ones on the back (275's). let me know what you think a fair price is, or anyone because i don't know how much stock rims should go for at a fair price, only the replicas.
