Anyone know if a saleen wing from a 86 notch will fit on my 85 hatch? Here are some pics.... Thanks

 

A notch trunk lid is flat and a hatch lid has a slight bend right before the window. Also the angle of a wind for the notch is different from one made for a hatch. When you order a wind from a magazine or wherever you need to specify a hatch or a trunk....

Here's the deal... I found a guy who has the wing above. He bought the car (a notch) from somebody and didn't want the wing. He saw that I was looking for one and sent the pics. He's telling me that the whole car is kinda half a**ed together and the wing might be for a hatch. He is going to look at/hold it up to a friends hatch to check it out. I was just checking to see if there was a difference between a notch and a hatch. I was pretty sure I read there was. But there are no part#'s or names on the wing....

The wing in the pic looks like its from a notch or a convertable, with a trunk lid. Goodluck
