Mildew around trunk area

Can anyone tell me the best way to get rid of the mildew type stains around the inside of the trunk area. It seems like a lot of mustangs have this problem and mine is no exception.

An all purpose cleaner diluted 4:1 will work great. I actually just detailed a mustang a couple of days ago that had this same problem. The all purpose cleaner took it off with ease.
