Hey guys,

I have a few questions for everyone. I have a 2000 black mustang and I need to know the paint code for it. I looked on the side door and found a few numbers but I don't know which one is which. I want to paint the hood because when I took off the stripes you could see where they were on. I think it's because the person who put them on before left them on when they were painting the hood. Also,a few days ago I bought a hood scoop off a 2003 GT and I was just wondering if I have to paint that to match or if it is about the same color of my car. Thanks.

Awesome thanks...Do you know if a 2003 GT Hood Scoop will match the paint color?

 

It may be alittle off because your cars color probably fadded alittle bit from the sun, and the scoop would be fresh coat. That's my thoughts any way.

 

Well I bought the Scoop off of Ebay and it used to be off someone elses car it's not a new scoop so hopefully it will be good, if not I know someone who can paint it for free.
