Default Scotch Guard

Has anyone ever heard of scotch guarding their upholstery? I was wondering the other day when I was doing it to one of my nice handbags. I know from personal experience that huge soda and liquid spills are a bitch to clean up, especially if you don't get to them right away...

Scotch Guard is totally worth it. Carpets treated with SG make it easier to vacuum and clean plus they resist stains and dirt. If you would get a stain it would come out so much easier than if it wasn't treated with SG. If you are going to apply the SG yourself, you want to make sure that your carpet or upholstery is as clean as possible.
