Hey just got my new hood painted let me know what you think

are you going to continue the stripes on the top and rear of the car?

that is an awesome hood with the strips, But i will have to agree with Miliock, to make it look good on the car it is going to have to continue over the roof and deck lid, doo that and it will totally look sick!!!!!!

 

I dont know if i will do the stripes on the roof or not, i dont really know if i like that look or not, the rear spoiler is already black, so prob no stripes on the roof or decklid, if someone could photoshop it so i coiuld see what it looks like i might think about it. Thanks for the replies guys and the ideas, keep them comming.

the holes are already cut out. Thats the tape and paper from the paint. My dad has the hood, im in Iraq, he just left it one there b/c he is taking the car Monday to get the hood and new front and rear bumpers put on by the same guy who painted it, i just wanted him to go get it and take some pics so i could see what it looked like. The guy hooked me up nice with the paint, only charged me 300 to paint the hood and front bumper and only another 200 to put everything on for me. Im having him put on the front and rear bumpers, hood, my new headlights JDM w/o the amber, and my 03 cobra mirros. I should have pics by friday of next week with everything done. Keep the comments comming guys. oh yeah my dads putting my 03 cobra seats too. Cant wait for him to send me some pics.

 

Thats phuckin phat man. id suggest goin with the whole stripe thang, i wasnt big on it either, but its deffinatly growing on me, and its really pretty easy to do i believe. Where did you get the hood from? oh well, tight man, hope everything fits smooth n shiiittt... late

 

i love the jdm smoked headlights with the clear corners. it will go really well with that hood, man it is sweet.

 

Is that the Cervinis Ram Air hood?
I have to ask, are the vents open?
Is there a liner on the underside?
Does it weigh any more/less than the stock hood?

Are there any other ways for heat to escape out of the back etc...?
I'm looking at hood right now but I'm more concerned with function than looks.
