yes its a cervinis stalker hood, yes the scoops are open they just look closed b/c of tape from the painter. No unerhood liner, it weighs 23LBS i dont know how much the stock hood weighs, its more functional than the stock hood, meaning it lets a little heat escape where as the stock hood is completey sealed, i dont know what kind of function you are looking for, unhood heat shouldnt be an issue.

 

looks good, i like the stripes, you should put them on the roof.
