I'm not really into stuff like that, but the inside of your contour looks nice. Most interior "upgrades" look cheesy IMO.

Never mind. I painted it. It turned out great. Will post pics when I can. Total project cost like $15 or so!

Even tho the roush and painted dash trim kits are nice, I think the interior pieces look best when you get them proffessionally painted. Thats what Im doing. I will post pics of it when im done and you'll see the difference. And its just as much maybe a little more but it looks way better, like the finish on the outside of the car. Im getting mine done for free but if you wanted to do it it would be like 20 bucks each piece depending on the size. The bad thing about using can spray and doing it yourself is that you have to be careful on how you spray it and most paint brands dont go well with heat so it might melt and have feel wet to the touch. I know alot of people that have done it by them self and it looks like crap!

sorry i didnt get back to you sooner. The car had it done before i got it, but the person said he just had to auto body shop give him paint that matched the car like touch up and he took the pieces off and painted them. He used some sort of clear coat also. I think it looks awsome! Sorry for it being so long of wait

I took advice from somebody back in the day and used Krylon Plasti-Kote paint...and yeah I'm having problems. All I can say is[sm=badidea.gif] Not heat resistant, specially in a black leather interior. My suggestion is have it professionally done. The shops will normally use a plastic dye.

Yeah the body shop that is doing mine is going to use primer, base coat and then the YN silver (which is the color of my car), and then clear coat. Thats the best way to do it, clean and wont melt, you cant even tell its plastic....
