HEAT WRAP
Summit Racing!!!!!!!!!!...Hard to do with headers on car....basically you just remove them and wrap up the primary tubes all the way down to the collector...
I'm not to sure, I havn't had a chance to get to a track beacause I just put the new clutch in replacing the ORIGINAL clutch at 159000 miles, this car was babied by the original owner, sweet. Anyway, Im not sure, what kind of times do you run in your saleen, if that's your car in the picture.
yeah ive heard of the header wrap theory too, wear since only the outside is wrapped it will rot fromt he inside out. the high temp coating companies make these claims and say that the only good way to coat them is in and out to prevent that.
Yep, go ahead and wrap them as long as she won't be a winter beast!!

I've been using header wrap on a set of long tubes on a big block dirt modified, that runs on dirt (clay actually) and they use calcium to treat it, and we all knows that will increase the rate at which metal rusts by ten fold...we've had the same set of headers for 4 seasons now!!! No problems.
