Depending on how the orange peel is in the paint (wether the car panels are not straight or the clear coat is peeling or the paint was sprayed poorly).....

Majority of the time, it's from someone whipping through the clear coat process & not holding the spray gun correctly.

You will need 1500-2500 wet grit sand paper, & lots of it. You'll need a PC or Rotary to use the finishing compounds to get a great finished product....
