so stupid me was bored on a hot day and i decieded to polish my car.... well it kinda stuck on there pretty good any ways to get rid of it?

Try spraying some Quick Detailer on it and wiping it .

Do what Cooter said. Also you might want to look into some polishes that are sun friendly.

A polish that I highly recommend to clean the paint and bring out more shine and reflection is Poorboy's Pro Polish. This polish is easy to use and is sun friendly. If you are looking for a good polish that will correct light swirls too you can't go wrong with Poorboy's SSR1 or my Light Polish.
