I've had very good luck with Tarminator from Stoner.

Tarminator from Stoner works ok for bugs. My Bug Blaster works awesome. It is fully concentrated and can be diluted. I recommend diluting it with 5 parts water and 1 part solution. You will get many uses out of just one bottle. I just pretreat the area with bugs and then come back to that section and they wipe off with ease. It makes detailing so much easier!

+1 to that I use all of Justin's products for my own personal use and my detailing business. I really have never had luck with any other bug remover before until his bug blaster. I can say I'm very pleased.

Tarminator is decent, I use it a lot. For really caked on bugs I use P21S Total Auto Wash. Works wonders!

Ah yes, the ole Bug debate If your car is polished and waxed properly/recently then you shouldn't need any bug/tar remover. The bugs should wash right off with a good car wash & micro fiber/mit. If they won't come off with minimal washing effort, then your bumper is not waxed good enough. Then its time for the bug remover chemical, and bug mit and some elbow grease. Once you get your bumper free of all the bugs, its time to do a coat of polish then a good coat of wax...maybe two. From that point you should wash or at least wipe off your bumper with a micro and some detailer spray weekly to keep it clean - and those cleanings should be very easy
