I have these really odd little defects on my front fender. I cant tell if its tar, or just defects, but I cant seem to get them off. I wash my car religiously, and I used to coown/run a window tint and detail business =]
Any advice would be appreciated.

 

I would try to claybar the area and see what happens. Most likely it will come off.
