do all 99+ GT's have the "cut outs" around the dual exaust, because i sometimes see mustangs with duals but NO cutouts around them (like a V6 only dual). Just curious if these are just dual exhaust on a V6

Yea they all have cut outs. Your probally seeing sixers with a dual exhaust.

well, that's most likely duel exhaust on a V6 unless they dropped a V8 Motor in or they replaced a GT bumper with a V6 bumper

some GT owners go with v6 bumpers and run dumps

i got duals and a v6... but some gts around here run without the hood and side scoops as well as with a v6 rear bumper. i dont see why people make their car look like something its not.
