I have to get them completely cleaned up first. Took another look at them today when the light was better and I think it might be tree sap build up. Tomorrow I have some free time so I'm going to take one of them off and give it a good cleaning, see if I can't get rid of that problem and fix some curb rash. I'll be ordering some of that wheel polish and another bottle of No Rinse here soon. Showed my father how effective and simple it is and he keeps trying to steal it from me.

If you got sap on your wheels you can use a claybar on them too. Have you tried to make a quick detailer with the No Rinse yet? It makes a great quick detailer that is very economical.

I haven't been able to do much car maintenance lately due to the weather. Today is supposed to just be cloudy, no rain, so hopefully I can get back out there and give it another shot. I'm going to try the Waterless Wash as well as a more concentrated No Rinse solution on them and see how that turns out.

I don't know if you noticed or not, but I also carry the No Rinse in gallon size. Your dad and you could split the gallon and it saves quite a bit of money!

We live about 45 minutes apart so he has to get his own bottle :P I'm just home visiting between semesters at college.

Whatever was gunked up on my rims is gone now. Mixed up equal parts water and no rinse and let it sit on the spot for a few minutes and a little scrubbing took it off no problem. Next step is a little love with the Dremel and some buffing compound to get the scuffs fixed up so I can get them in shape to sell and move on to some more daily driving friendly rims. The 20s look gorgeous but there are just too many obstacles out there. Driving with them is more of a chore than an enjoyment :\
