What kinda buffer do you have?? Is it a rotaryor is it a random orbital polisher like the Porter Cable 7424.
How bad are the scratches? Is it like swirls or is it deep scratches? Can you feel it when you run your finger-
nail across it?? What kind of products do you have?? We can suggest some.
I'd start out with a polish first and if that didnt take them out, step up to a compound. Never start out with the most aggressive product.
Sorry about all the questions. Give us a little better description of what you're dealing with. The guys here will be glad to point you
in the right direction.

Theyre not the deepest sratches, you can feel them a little.

someone told me to use the touchup paint pen, then buff to remove all the extra paint from the pen. I am going to be using a porter cable. Its just a 2 inch sratch.
