Default Clear coat is rough feeling!

The clear coat finish on my 06 GT feels rough! What can I do to get a smooth finish? What is theword about paint sealant applied by a body shop.

Thanks
Happy New Year

the rough feeling is probably dirt and other road contaminants that have gotten embedded into your clear...the clay will pull all of these contaminants out of the clear for you, as well as pull out all of your wax and/or sealants.

you will need to wax or seal after this process to ensure clear coat protection.

after you do all of this your car's finish will be at a whole new level
