Default headlight question?

i dont really think this is the right place but i coudlnt find anywhere else that made anymore sense to put this in...

i just got put in a set of luminics pure white 9007 bulbs into my 95 GTS and i have clear headlights...and when im driving at night there less bright than the stock bulbs were...which doesnt make much sense to me...could it be the aiming of the headlights...because the stock bulbs wernt too bright either...or are they not getting enough power or something? right now especially when its raining it doenst even seem like there on but they are...especially on the interstate...anyone have any ideas?

Look inside your headlights from the outside and see if you see a mirrior like object standing straight up in front or around your bulb. If so thats blocking your brightness. But it is normal I replaced the headlights on my mustang when I had it changed to smoke and that did happen. Good Luck
