MustangMan. Whats your budget looking like on the supplies??
Check out Justin's site www.obsessivedetail.com .

Shoot me a pm if you want some samples of some products. I've got plenty.

Here's a wheel brush. It will reach deep into those wheels.
I've always liked those FR500 wheels.

The car looks great by the way. If I were prepping your car for a car show.
I'd do a Polish/Glaze/Wax. Great thing is, you've got a white car. It wont show
the swirls as bad as a dark colored car. Its kinda hard to get White too look
really deep but its possible. A Porter Cable 7424 would really help you with that.

with the dor jams and the area around the trunck that can get greasy i like totake some degreaser in a spray bottle and a rand ad just wipe down the area really good

with tire shine the best thing that i found out is take a bottle of degreaser and a fingernail brush spry the degreaser on the tire and take the brush and scrub the tire then wipe it off and apply your favorite tire shine it will shine like no other

Meguiars is always a great product!!!

Do the works and clay bar it first!

+1 on meguiars. They make really good products. If you want to get something locally then go with meguiars. I am by no means an expert but I have had good luck with the deep crystal system (Paint Cleaner, Polish, Caranuba wax), but the deep crystal wax isn't the best, so Gold Class wax or NXT wax would be better.

Mothers three step polish works well. I would clay bar the whole car, Do a coat of Motherscleaner wax and then a coat of Liquid Glass. I run a detail shop and i own a white mustang and i noticed driving in the rain can give you little rust pin heads on the paint. A mild acid wash before clay baring can get the pin heads off easier. If your car has swirls in it you might want to try Car brites Black Pearl #3 with a buffer. If you havent used a high speed buffer before i would just go with a orbital buffer.

meguires is a good brand if you just want to go to a store and get it but it you want the paint to pop i would suggest getting a porter cable buffer some poorboys world SSR 2.5 then Obsessive detail light polish then the Obsessive detail Wet glaze Then the obsessive detail wet wax

before you apply any wax use a clay bar on it this will make the paint alot smoother

Use whatever products you want, but lately I have been switching everything over to Justins products based on his recommendations and have been pleased with the results. But I still use Stoners Invisible Glass on my windows and Stoners More Shine Less Time on my tires.

But whatever you use - CLEAN, CLEAN, and then CLEAN some more [8D] If you aren't spending at least 30 minutes at the show site after you are parked, then its probably not clean enough....run a vaccum over the carpet/mats, wipe down the dash/door panels/seats with a good interior dressing (I use Justins Silk Shine), dust off the body and hit with a quick detailer and micro fiber, wipe down the wheels with the same detailer and microfiber because they will get dustyfrom even a 5 mile jaunt(only after you are done on the body of course!!!) and wipe out the fender wells.

And if you are going to be showing a lot I would get a sign made up with all your cars particulars. It helps to answer all the recurring questions and of course helps in the display of your car. I photoshop'd my own, had it printed on 16x20 paper and used a cheapy plastic/glass frame from hobby lobby:
