A buddy of mine painted some interiour pieces on his S10 a few years ago... all he did was sand them down, clean them off, sprayed them with standard Krylon, then clearcoated the **** outa them!! They turned out amazing! Lasted to... at least a couple year untill he sold it.they still looked like new... another friend did his right after but didnt listen, just sprayed red paint and popped thepieces back in... looked like crap! But I agree it lookes like you mixed paint types! Oil and water dont mix! Sand them down and try again... if you did the AC vents you may need new ones... those will be a PITA to get all the paint off!
