Hey! Kinda new here so i'm getting used to this! I am tinting my windows on my 06 gt, and i was wondering if anyone knows how much of a gap there is between the top of the film to the top of the window? I notice that the window goes down when you open the door and go back up when you close the door. So i just want to know what you other guys have done or what your tint shop did.

I see that can says tint safe but is all invisable glass tint safe?? I thought i heard just no amonia in the product or something.

 

so I need moleskin before tints? yea I was reading that the S197s had problems with that.

 

Do they sell moleskins for New Edges?

 

I don't like moleskin because I have scratches and glue on mine now. I went ahead and bought the 08 moldings that have stuff already on them. About the same price also. I'll change them out when I have the tint replaced for the 3rd time.

Horarik- If it doesn't have ammonia, its tint safe. Ammonia is what causes the tint to changes color over time
