Hey guys Im new to the forum here and have a few Qs for ya. I just bought a 92 LX 5.0 vert Ultra blue with a white top and white leather. I have never owned a vert and the others 5.0s that I have had have not had leather so, I dont really know much about taking care of them. The top has no cracks however it has small dark spots all over it and just looks dingy. and the leather is in good condition but, is really dirty. It just want to clean them really well with out hurting them. Thanks guys.

 

i take degreaser on both of them and then a hard bristle brush andscrub them till they are clean and with the top i use rag top to protect it

 

I just used a product on my 04 vert. It is called 303 and you can find it in marine stores. I got both the cleaner and the treatment. It did a great job. THe top looks like new. I also put the treatment on the interior including the leather seats.

 

when we get white tops with those spots are work the guys in teh shop do what 99 said.. and if they are still there they get oxy clean and let it sit for like 30minand it comes right out
