My car is mostly clean except that I went through a small puddle today and it got some dirt and water marks up on the rear 1/4 panels by the wheel well.

What's the best way to clean it? Quick detailer? Or should I mix up a real small batch of no rinse wash and use the mitt? It's about a 1'x1' section on each side.
