Default Wash->Clay>Wax

Is it a problem if I wash the car, clay it, then take care of waxing it the next day? Would I just need to wash it again before waxing then?

I'd like to split the work up over two days if possible..

Also when you guys wax by hand what do you do to keep wax out of crevices or get it out of there once it's in there? For instance the seams along the hood between the quarter panels.

if you wash/clay it one day and then dont drive it and store it inside then you should be fine to wax it the next day after you dust it off a little. if it is driven at all or you keep it outside at night then i would wash it again just to be safe.
and i like to use a toothbrush or q-tips to get wax out of the cracks.

Yeah as long as you dont take it out driving or leave it where it can get dirty or dusty youll be fine. The clay really opens up pores in the paint, so you really should do it all once though. The cracks, I use just the edge of my microfiber cloths, usually. I do have these really bitchin Black Magic pen things I bought, but havent used.
