Windshield scratches

I have some hairline scratches that show up is there any way to get rid of them or mask them somehow?

Wish i knew... my whole windshield has scratches all over it.. basically just the way the wipers move though....

I don't think there's a way but it would be nice to get all the pits and scratches out without having to replace the whole thing.
