Default does the mr clean auto dry work?

I got a mr clean auto dry kit this weekend. It was free, and I haven't had the chance to use it. Has anybody used it? Do you still have to towel dry your car? What do you guys think of it? My cars black so water spots are a pain. Thanks for any input.

Matt

I bought it a couple of years ago. It basically works but there was always spots on my windows and a few on the paint. My favorite wash is Juztang's Optimum No Rinse. You've just gotta try it. You'll love it. No more hosing.

I used it a couple times when it first came out a while back.

It works, but it's insanely expensive and looking like a retarded Power Ranger shooting his car in the driveway is just completely not cool.

I used to use it for a final rinse when I first started detailing but it was expensive with the filters. Now I just keep a good wax on it and use a backpack blower to dry it followed up with a Meguiars Soft Touch Drying Towel or a Meguiars Water Magnet.

I used it a few times, didn't work very well. Still left quite a few water spots and not worth the extra dough when compared to a simple good towel.

ive used the absorber magic towl for years now and that thing workds wonders, no spots @ all when u dry...just be sure to use it when u hand wash....if u just hose it off at a car wash, and do to dry it will develop all the dirt u didnt get off!

I got one as a gift about a year ago and my neighbor actually approached me when I was using it and told me that there's a certain amount of acidity in it. Apparently there's someone at the tech line that has to disclose that if you ask. I never called personally so I'm not sure how valid that is, but I never really got the advertised effects anyway.

I just ordered some No Rinse from Justin and i'm honestly excited. I've been using ICE car wash forever now.

Another +1 for ONR over Mr. Clean. I've had both and ONR isFAR superior.
