ive use some meguiars stuff. its some shiny crap but does the sling effect as well.

Ive just always sprayed it on, left it sit for a while then before i go to drive it take a cheapy red grease rag and wipe the tires off.

They still shine but dont get the spatter on the car

I use Meguiars liquid tire shine.

It's probably collecting around the bead of your tire/rim and once you get rolling it's slinging out, or it's collecting at the edge of your tread. Try using less tire shine and apply multiple thin coats.

the best thing you can use if you can get your hands on it is zep tireless shine, absolutly fantastic, i can apply it once about ever 3 weeks about 10 washes if not more and still looks good. also it lasts pretty long about 3 or 4 apps per my 35x13.5x18 tires

Stoner (who makes invisible glass) makes a product called "more shine" that you can find at any auto parts store. It's in a spray can. I spray it on, wait a few minutes, wipe off excess. I have no issues with slinging. I've tried the ultra wet gel crap and it makes your car look like **** after a few minutes on the highway.

Zaino Z-16 is my favorite at the moment. Doesn't give that wet shine look, but makes the tires look showroom-new. I've only been using it for about 5 weeks, but in that time one good application has lasted quite well.
