I use black magic. If you like your tires to look clean but not stupid shiny then I suggest this.

optimum tire shine is good stuff. won't shine like otc crap but it will give your tires a clean look and no sling

Another vote for Optimum Tire Shine, it dries to the touch and doesn't sling at all. I really like how it leaves a nice clean factory look. Optimum Opti Bond Gel also works really well, it dries to the touch, but is a little glossier than the Tire Shine.

I use tire foam, various brands; STP, Armor All... I imagine it would sling if you didn't give it time to dry but I take a rag and pat the tires down to get the excess, plus it tones the shine down just enough to give a clean tire look.

I've been thinking about giving Black Magic Matte finish a try.

+1 to the Stoners More Shine Less time....except I don't spray it on. I use an old wax applicator mit, spray onto that then wipe it onto the tire. It provides a great show shine and doesn't sling. Foams & gels look great for showing, but aren't very practicle for driving.
