Default Leather discolor!! Gahhh

My car has a spot on the driver's seat where the previous owner dropped one of those "liquid air fresheners" accidently got sat on, and it leaked on the seat, it paled the black leather and just got rid of the color in one area.

I have tried scrubbing it, and kiwi polish but nothing seems to work. The kiwi looked like it worked, but once I cleaned the whole seat a day later, it was back to normal. Please help!

I had something similar happen with my leather seats in my 94 Trans Am plus the drivers seat also had a nasty cut in the bottom part near the front. I called a leather professional who had her own van and she made an appt. to come to my place when it was convenient for me. That day she arrived on time and in a few hours my seats all looked like new. The whole thing cost me like $100. and I was happy as a clam [sm=happy046.gif]

If it bleached the dye color from the leather like it sounds, you'll have to re-dye it. You can order leather dye and try it yourself (luckily black will be more forgiving if you don't do a perfect job) or try contacting local furnature places to see if they can recommend anyone to do leather work.
