any normal car wash soap is good. using a bug scrubber then some detail spray or leather conditionor works good to shiner up.

Power washing will help to reduce swirls and scratches from embedded dirt.

wait...what? this is a black plastic chin spoiler, i doubt he is going to get any swirls in it. haha. i just wash it with the rest of the car and put on some mothers back to black on it after im through.

if it's a painted spoiler like on the newer model mustangs you can just treat it like the rest of the paint. remember, it's going to be a bit dirtier than the rest of the car, so you might want to have a dedicated mitt for that area. keep an extra coat of wax on it to help protect because it's such a vulnerable area.

if it's a black plastic chin spoiler like on the new edges i clean mine with some simple green cut 3:1 and a finger nail brush, then dress with meguiar's hyper dressing 10:1. i do that about once every 2 months to get bugs and stuff off. for normal upkeep i just wipe some meg's HD on it cut 10:1.
