Default a clean engine bay

I tried to utilize the search function onwhat isthe best way to clean your engine bay. my search function does not work. there is no results for anything I put in, and this function worked before. Can someone please post some links to some topics aabout this. I dont want you guys to have to explain something that has been hashed about bilions of times. thank you!
