Default Microfibers at Costco Cheap!!

I just picked up a 36 pack for $14.95 I used them last night they seem to be pretty darn nice for the money, though I would pass on the information.

I wouldn't use them.

I've bought them from Costco & Walmart before.

I tried the Microfibers from ObsessiveDetail.com and they make the Costco/Walmart microfibers feel like sandpaper.

Default microfibers

I tried them and they really worked great, I have paid 3 times as much before and did not like them any better.

I have the ones from Sam's and used them. I would use the OD stuff on your paint and use the others for your wheels, windows, engine and under body.

You should try out the Super Fly or Ultra Premium towels, they are both very high quality and thick.

the sam's equivalent to the Costco pack is a 35pck for like 11.99. most of them in the pack (like 99%) are okay to use on paint. i've owned a few 10 hour corrections and used them as my cloth to wipe polish away, only when i didn't have anything else on hand (i was mobile at the time). IIRC they are 70/30 grade. on softer clears like honda i never use them. *most* of the time i use them as all purpose towels and keep them away from the paint. hell, i've probably bought 200+ of them

Yeah I bet I have 100+ of the cheapies. I tore up about 6 hours of correction on a Element using the cheapies because I didn't have any OD MF's clean.

Well I received the Super Fly towels from Obsessivedetail yesterday, in comparing the ones I got from Costco they are much nicer, but one is pretty much unuseable, they were just packaged with the popcorn foam and got a bunch in the towel along with some cardboard debris. I am going to try to wash it hopefully it comes out. Shipping from Obsessive was super fast though! .
If I had to rate both on a scale from one to ten I would rate the Costco ones at about a 7 and the OD ones at around 9 with price considered.
