Alright, well, I've pretty much made up my mind on the new "mods" I want to get done when I get back from Iraq at the end of the year. I'm planning on putting on a SLP catted X, probably SLP LT headers, get a touch-up paint job (for those irritating dings and scratches), and I want to replace my Cobra R-Wing.

Cobra R-Wing has gotta go. I just plain don't like it. I also need to replace my rear bumper with the 'Cobra' stamp. The guy I bought the car from wanted a Cobra, couldn't afford it, so he decked out his 03 GT to look like a Cobra R. Nice try, but it's still not a cobra. Already took the badges off. Now I need some opinions as to what to replace the Cobra R Wing with, as well as the rear bumper. I looked at the Steeda Race Wing...still kinda ricey. Maybe the original 03 stang spoiler? Any other thoughts? Take a look at my avatar and tell me what you think would look best. What about the bumper? Anything snazzy but not too flashy? What about stock? How much would that run? Looking for opinions.

Possibly, find someone willing to trade their stock gt trunk lid with the spoiler, and their rear bumper

im sure theres someone around here trying ot amke a cobra converstion or something

 

Get a 03/04 Cobra spoiler. I'm sure you could find someone with a Cobra that will swap decklids.
Other option would be a S281 spoiler. That would look great on your car.

I see you have the 03/04 Cobra rear bumper. Just have the "cobra" filled in and repainted. It looks sweet. See pic

Just wondering...Are you going to sell your cobra r wing?
