I have a set of weld drag lite rims on my stang and they don't look as clean as they used to be, what can I use to get that shine again...

 

Assuming they are bare polished aluminum, you will want to use an abrasive metal polish to restore the luster. Over time (a very short amount of time at that), polished aluminum will oxidize and become dull. Frequent cleaning and polishing are the only things you can do to keep them shiny.
