Default Stain Remover

My Mustang has tan seats. My girlfriend and I have been very careful but there are these little blue streaks, very thin lines on the rear seat behind the driver. Funny thing is, while we have owned the car, no one has sat in that seat? To my knowledge these marks weren't there when we got the car.

Is there anything that I could put on my seats that actually removes the stain?

Folex is a good over the counter stain remover. This can be found at Target, Walmart, and Lowes.
