Default Convertible Topper cleaning?

I am sorry if this is an old question, I am new to the forum and was unable to find this question...
What is the best way to clean the topper on the convertibles? What cleaner do you use? I have a 2000 Black GT convertible and the top needs cleaning.
Thanks for your help

Autogeek has some stuff.

I have a black top too and I need a new one. The upholstery place suggested just washing it gently. They did recommend a product that starts with an L. Sorry can't remember the product.
