Default dust :(

i just built a new house and the driveway wont be paved this summer, and every time i go out i get more dust on the car.. it drives me crazy. using a rag and whiping it off would cause scratches right???

what about using a detailing spray then whiping it?

what can i do?

I live in a new subdivision with only 24 large acreage home sites. We were the fifth home completed and there are currently eight under some stage of construction. I live deep in the development on the last road. I spend hours washing and waxing my car and can't get to the main road without having to pull over and wipe it down with my California Duster. I don't even want to talk about what happens when it has been raining and the dust gets replaced with mud. I asked my developer where to send the bills for having my car detailed every day while I am at work. I suggest you give the California Car Duster a try. It works great for me and does not scratch the finish. Expect to pay about $20.

**** sucks bad doesnt it...

i just washed my car again today,, i live on a dirt road, about 1/2 mile left out of the driveway, and about 1/3 right to the paved roads...

i have never had my car stay clean for two days straight..... i finished washing it this evening around 8:30,a dn parked it in the garage about 40 yards off the road,,when i go out in the morning for work at 5:30,, i KNOW it will be dustier than crap...

theres nothing you can do sometimes,, all you can do is wax it REALLY GOOD one time, and wipe it down EVERY time you go somewhere so nothing builds up...

ive heard good things about the california duster, but if you wipe it off frequetnly enough, a clean cloth should do the job without scratching anything,,

oh well,

there is a dirt road that runs right beside my driveway with people that live at the other end. they all drive down that road like a bat outta hell too. dust just goes everywhere. i love my california duster though, and dont get one of the cheap ones, they suck. the good thing about them is the dritier they get, the better they pick up. id imagine that is only to a certain point though. id definatley invest in a california duster if i were you though.
