a $15 eraser wheel will work, put on the end of a drill
Heat Gun and a NEW razor blade (CAREFULLY)
sometimes an all purpose remover will work (we use a product called "Speedy" at school

I would use a hair dryer it doesnt get as hot as a heat gun. Less likely to ruin your paint. Heat it enough to make it soft and pull off at an angle. To remove the glue residue I use WD-40 it doesnt harm the paint, but then off coarse you will need to wax it.

damn, i used a hair dryer and my finger nail for the glue, just keep the place your peeling from close to the body so the vinyl doesnt rip, and you wont be able to hurt your paint with a blow dryer
