I use custom made wipes, with a mix of other chemicals. I would use a Vinyl cleaner for all of the plastic parts, and engine degreaser.

Shouldn't be too hard.

I can post a pic of my Engine bay after a cleaning.

i use black magic 2in1 engine shine it cleans to shine and degreases all in one. I drive to the coin wash and let the motor warm up a little and spray the engine down. Then let it soak for about 10 minutes, then I spray it down with the spot free rinse. After that I use the air blower to dry it, start the motor and go with no problems.

I'd love to share. I'll PM you some info, that may help you out. I decided one day to add a few things to cleaning wipes, and it worked. It leaves a nice thick shine, and actually cleans. Surprisingly, it's not greasy, and the dirt/dust does not stick to it. SO, I am loving the results.

Can you shoot the info my way? I was worried about the dirt sticking to everything but if you say it doesn't, I'll take your word for it. Thanks.
