I have some meguiar's leather wipes. Are they OK to use on the leather ford put in the s197?

That will definitely do the trick. Just make sure you apply the wipes evenly to the leather. It is possible to leave very visible streaks. Good luck man!

Not at all. Unless you don't like the shiny look of the vinyl. It's up to you. I personally use those wipes on all of my interior.

I found that the lexol spray cleaner and conditioner bottles work best for the ford leather. I used armor all first b/c my mom got it for me and that stuff dried out my seats so bad. The meguires makes the seats too shiny for my taste. The lexol doesnt leave the seats looking shiny, just moist and new. I do use the meguires interior detail wipes as a fresh up for the seats every once and a while though.

Yeah I cleaned off my arm wrest with my leather wipes, works very similar to detailing wipes. I doubt you'll have any problems.

I just wouldn't use it on your center console though. I use interior detailing spray on my dash, center console, plastic moldings, etc.

I use microfiber cloths from Auto Zone to keep the interior of my car clean daily.

your right and that is the thing of the past! the leather wipes are best now as they condition the leather and vinly. All my friends used to call my 87 and 93 LX 5.0's " the river of armorall!" My dash and seats and other surfaces loved it and it shined beautifully....but dont wear white in the car as it will stain the fabric....also they would comment "I need some armorall for the tires...can I get some from your dash J?"
